For providers, reaching the people who need their services can be just as challenging. Many rely on online searches, professional networks, and referrals from case managers and service coordinators to get noticed.
All Age Care brings these two sides together. Our platform helps individuals and families explore care options and find providers that meet their needs, while giving provider agencies a place to showcase their services, increase their visibility, and reach more people beyond traditional referral channels.

No. All Age Care helps people and families find care providers and explore available services. Medicaid and state agencies, along with other authorized organizations, remain responsible for eligibility, enrollment, service authorization, and program administration.
Which states are included in the pilot?
The initial pilot focuses on Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia, with plans to expand to additional states in the future. We are building out listings state by state, beginning with Maryland and Washington, DC.
What types of providers will be included?
All Age Care will feature providers offering care and support services, beginning with those funded through Medicaid and expanding to other public programs, private insurance, and private pay, including:
- Home and community-based services
- Residential care
- Nursing and medical services
- Therapy and rehabilitation, including applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Behavioral support
- Respite and caregiver support

How is provider information verified?
All new and updated provider profiles are reviewed by an All Age Care administrator before appearing in public search results. This review helps ensure that information is complete, accurate, and appropriate for publication. We still encourage you to confirm details directly with a provider and, for Medicaid-funded services, with your state Medicaid agency.
